My 2023 Wrapped
As we approach the end of the year, I think people are in one of two camps.
Either going for one final push, and looking to end on a high note, or officially in “let’s circle back in the new year” mode.
Whichever camp you are in, I decided to write this post to reflect on what has worked over the year.
It’s important to take the time to reflect on your output, and not just input, input, input.
I put together some of my posts that the community seemed to like the most.
5 Posts to Revisit
A collection of free resources, all of which I have seen to be very beneficial.
Check them out here.
A post about Detection Engineering, and how it has become a huge field on its own.
This is where I’ve spent a lot of my time in recent years.
A writeup describing the differences and similarities of Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting. (Hopefully didn’t antagonize anyone here)
My Cybersecurity Interview Series.
This will help you in your journey and your interview prep.
Part II of the Cybersecurity Interview Series.
We went over Scenarios, as this will be a crucial part of the interview process.
Wrapping Up
I hope you got a lot of value from the newsletter and what I write on.
I started this newsletter to help those looking to learn the ins and outs of the field of Cybersecurity in any way I can. Through technical deep dives, and resources for the community, I hope to continue to help those who are tapped in.
Here’s to another year of this 🍻
